Using the store

Use the store lawfully and provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting us. Do not interfere with the store, misuse its systems, infringe others’ rights or submit fraudulent orders. You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase agreement.

Products and imagery

Velyxora focuses on automatic pet water bowls. Product imagery includes AI-generated design illustrations and styled scenes. Illustrations do not verify dimensions, materials, capacity, performance, certifications or included accessories. Background props are not included. If you require a particular specification, contact us before ordering. Your mandatory rights relating to accurate descriptions remain protected.

Prices, payment and orders

Prices are in USD. Taxes and shipping charges that apply to your order are displayed at checkout. Prices and availability may change before an order is placed. We may contact you about an obvious listing or price error rather than treating an incorrect amount as automatically binding.

Provide accurate checkout details and use an authorised payment method. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order. We may decline or cancel an order for a lawful reason such as suspected fraud, a material error or inability to fulfill it, and refund payments for canceled goods as appropriate.

Changes, delivery and returns

Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation; it may not be possible after preparation or dispatch. Our Shipping Policy explains processing, transit, destination and charges. Our Return Policy explains the 30-day request period, return process, postage and refunds. These policies form part of the order information.

Safe use and care

Follow the instructions supplied with each product. Keep electrical connections dry, supervise introduction, inspect for damage and keep cables away from chewing. Do not use a damaged unit or assume unconfirmed washing or power requirements. Automatic bowls do not replace daily checks, cleaning or veterinary advice.

Content and third-party services

Store content, design and brand materials are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Do not reproduce them for unauthorised commercial use. External links and third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control all external content.

Privacy and responsibility

Our Privacy Policy describes the handling of personal information. We aim to keep store information accurate and services available, but interruptions can occur. To the extent permitted by law, liability is assessed according to the circumstances and applicable legal rules. No clause excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules and consumer rights, disputes may be brought before the competent courts at the company’s location in Chengdu, Sichuan. Mandatory protections available under the law of your place of residence remain unaffected. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.

Updates and contact
