Destinations and currency

We currently offer delivery to the United States. All prices and shipping charges below are in USD. Available delivery methods and final charges appear at checkout. We do not offer delivery to destinations outside the enabled shipping area.

Processing and transit are separate

Order processing takes 5–10 business days before dispatch. Standard delivery takes an estimated 10–15 business days after dispatch. Add the two stages together: the estimated standard total is 15–25 business days, excluding delays. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays affecting processing or the carrier.

Expedited shipping is available for $7.99. We do not promise an unconfirmed delivery date or guaranteed speed. If timing is essential, contact us before ordering.

Tracking and delivery

When tracking is available, shipment information is sent to the email used at checkout. Tracking can take time to update after dispatch. A carrier estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date. Check tracking and keep your delivery contact information accurate.

Address changes and cancellations

Email service@velyxora.com as soon as possible with your order number and requested change. We will check whether preparation or dispatch permits it. Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has progressed. Incorrect addresses can cause delays or return-to-sender; contact us so we can review the options and any actual additional costs.

Delays, damage and missing parcels

Weather, customs, carrier disruptions and holidays can extend delivery. If tracking appears stalled or shows delivery but you cannot locate the parcel, contact us with your order number. For damage, retain packaging and provide photos when requested. We will investigate with the carrier and explain an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances and applicable consumer rights.

Taxes and import charges

Taxes charged by our store are shown at checkout where applicable. Any import duties or charges assessed by authorities that are not included at checkout may be payable by the recipient, subject to applicable law. We do not promise duty-free delivery.
