30-day return request window

Contact service@velyxora.com within 30 days after delivery to request a return. Please include your order number, item and reason. Do not send a package before receiving return instructions.

Eligibility and condition

For a change-of-mind return, the item should be unused, clean and complete, with its original packaging where reasonably available. Please retain proof of purchase. If an item has been used, altered, damaged by misuse or is incomplete, contact us so we can assess whether a return is possible. These conditions do not limit mandatory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.

How to return

1. Email us within the request window.
2. Wait for instructions and identification details.
3. Pack the item securely and send it to the address below as instructed.
4. Retain shipment proof and tracking where available.

This is our company return address in China. Customers returning from the United States should consider international postage costs before choosing a change-of-mind return.

Who pays return postage?

For personal-preference or change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are generally not refunded for such returns unless required by law or agreed with us. For damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied items, contact us before arranging shipping; we assess the circumstances and provide the appropriate remedy and postage instructions.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us promptly after discovering the issue, describe it and retain packaging. Photos may help us assess the problem. Do not dispose of an item or send it to an unconfirmed address before we provide instructions. We will explain available remedies in line with the circumstances and mandatory consumer rights.

Refunds

After receiving a return, we inspect it and process an approved refund within 10 business days. Refunds are made to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds. We will contact you if a return cannot be approved or needs more information.

Exchanges and cancellations

Contact us to discuss an exchange; availability and any price difference must be checked. For a cancellation, contact us as early as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after preparation or dispatch has progressed.
