Are the images actual photographs?
Our product imagery includes AI-generated design illustrations. It is not evidence of verified materials, size, capacity or performance. Background styling items are not included.
Where do you ship and what currency do you use?
We currently ship to the United States. Product prices and shipping fees are in US dollars (USD).
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $5.99 when the discounted merchandise subtotal is below $50, and free at $50 or more. Expedited shipping is $7.99. See Shipping for the complete conditions.
How long does an order take?
Processing takes 5–10 business days. Standard transit to the United States takes 10–15 business days after dispatch. These stages are added together, giving an estimated 15–25 business days in total, excluding delays. Expedited shipping has no guaranteed arrival date.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email us promptly with your order number. We will check whether a change or cancellation is still possible. We cannot guarantee changes once preparation or dispatch has progressed.
Do bowls need cleaning?
Yes. Check water daily and follow the supplied instructions for cleaning and maintenance. Do not assume a model is dishwasher safe or that every component can be submerged.
Can I return an item?
Request a return within 30 days of delivery, before sending it back. Eligibility, costs, return address and refund timing are explained in our Return Policy.
What if my order is damaged, incorrect or missing?
Contact us with your order number and a description. Keep packaging for damaged shipments. We will review tracking and the circumstances and explain the next step.
